The first screen is the Registration Page. There are three specific steps to this process.

  • You will be asked to enter your email address and the email address of the person whose identity you wish to verify. Names can be included but are optional.
  • You have the option to ask the person whose identity you want to verify for specific Personal Information. It is not mandatory to ask for this information and there are several different choices available regarding the collection of this personal information. Those choices are explained thoroughly on the Registration page.
  • Enter any notes or information that you want to include in your request. You may want to include a brief description of who you are or what item you are selling or buying, often adding a simple note will help to make your transaction go as quickly as possible.

After all information has been entered, click the Submit button

The final entry screen that will appear will be the Checkout Screen. You just need to enter your credit card information and click the Submit button to continue. If the credit card is successfully processed, three things will occur.

  • A new page will appear with your confirmation number.
  • An email will be sent to with your confirmation number as well.
  • The person you wish to verify will receive an email with your request and a link to the verification page.

You should contact the person you are verifying and let them know you sent the request. Tell them to check their email inbox and spam box as some email servers will spam our request emails.

Once the person you wish to verify has completed the ID process, you will receive an email with the results. You should now have the information you need to continue with the transaction or not.
